The Pharadigm Lifestyle Enhancement Programme is designed to incentivise members of Pharos Medical Plan™ in positive health seeking behaviour. The programme is not a medical scheme benefit but supports the industry leading Demand Management® philosophy, the brain child of the late Gerald Sweidan and the innovative team of Private Health Administratrators.

The programme offers two tiers / membership categories. CORE Membership is offered free of charge to all registered members of Pharos and offers four benefit groups. FULL Membership offers two additional benefit groups and is subject to monthly membership fees, activation fees and conditions described in part in the pages of this website.

However, all benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the programme as set out in the Pharadigm Member User Manual available from the Pharadigm Contact Centre.
